Bookings and service availability
All bookings are subject to service availability, delivery access, waste type, location and the information provided at enquiry stage. We may need to confirm extra details before a booking can proceed.
Waste types
Customers are responsible for describing waste accurately before collection. Hazardous, restricted or specialist waste may require a different collection route and should be discussed before booking.
Access and placement
The delivery area must be suitable for safe access, placement and collection. If a skip needs to be placed on public land or a highway, permit requirements may apply.
Trade accounts
Trade account applications are reviewed by the Rocket team. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee account approval or credit terms.
